Hello, I am proud new first time homebuyer as of 5/26/10. I came across Village Capital searching the website for a mortgage company that handles Fha Loans and a loan officer who specializes in these types of loans. The loan officer who responded back to me was Steve Campagna and I am very, very gratefuly of this.
I was very nervous and wasn’t sure if buying a home right now was right for me. But, Steve explained everything in detail from the type of loan I was interested in down to the buying process from beginning to end. Every question I had he was able to answer.
