Who is Dave Ebbeson?
David was born in Rome, NY and has moved across the United States as the son of a 28 year career Air Force veteran, finally settling in New Jersey in 1975, David currently resides in Haddon Township. David is the proud father of 3- a son Christopher (25) and two daughters, Ashley(19) & Courtney(17).
David became a loan officer in the 1990’s– he went full time into mortgage sales where he developed his passion for helping people who have come upon hard times or are struggling, to help make their lives easier. Being part of Village Home Mortgage, David still has the same passion, devotion, caring, and commitment to serve his clients better than anyone else in this field. David is very detail oriented and assures his clients understand all options and are satisfied with the product chosen. David is the consummate professional, always willing to lend a helping hand whether it is assisting fellow employees, gathering information for his processor, or assisting clients’ to complete forms.
David finds working with people who truly need and appreciate the work he provides to be extremely rewarding. David prides himself on separating not only himself, but Village Home Mortgage as well from others in the business because: the emphasis is placed on client satisfaction first. David’s rule is simple: it has to work for the client, it has to make sense, it has to be affordable and has to provide a benefit.
David is involved in the local communities as a member of the Knights of Columbus which he holds the rank of a 4th Degree Knight & Member of the Color Guard. David is also, the Chairman of the Ambassador Committee for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce. David is also a facilitator for the BYT Networking Community. He works with various charity organizations such as American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, and Toys for Tots, helping to raise money, attending charity benefits, or assisting in community work.
David can often be seen at Riverwinds enjoying a concert, Citizens Bank Park watching the Phillies, Wachovia Center cheering on the Flyers, Lincoln Financial taking in an Eagles Game, playing a round of golf with his buddies or just relaxing at his beach home with his children, family & friends.
